The glass body of the product and plastic parts are dishwasher safe. Do not place the non slip base of the jug in the dishwasher. Do not place the rubber gaskets on top of the glass jar or the cartridge in the dishwasher.

How to look after your Phox V2
The glass body of the product is dishwasher safe, however no other parts can be put in the dishwasher.
We recommend cleaning the jug regularly with soapy water, tap water sits in the reservoir and we all know that can get smelly over time. Never let soap get into the filter, always unscrew it and place it to the side when washing the jug.

MATERIALS & PACKAGING
If the flow from your cartridge has slowed down, this can be easily rectified by the following steps:
1. Remove the cartridge from the reservoir
2. Run the grid on the bottom of the cartridge under a running tap, to dislodge any particles blocking the exit holes.
3. Twist the cartridge back into the reservoir
4. Perform a couple of run throughs to check the water is flowing properly
NOTE: After unblocking or shaking the cartridge, there may some loose carbon residue in the next run of the reservoir. This is completely natural and will clear up after a couple of run throughs.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item from the date you received it.
We're more than happy to exchange products in the case of damage in transit, just get in touch with us via email at service@phoxwater.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your return, we will send you an email to notify you and update you on the status of the return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
