A full run of the reservoir generally takes 4-6 minutes. Each filter refill lasts 200 litres (44 gallons) or 45 days, whichever comes first. Use our app or sign up for email notifications to keep note of when to replace the granules. More info here.

HOW TO LOOK AFTER YOUR WAVE
The product is dishwasher safe. Do not place the rubber gaskets from the cartridge in the dishwasher.

We recommend cleaning the jug twice per week with soap and warm water, avoid using abrasive sponges which can dull the plastic.

Phox products have built in anti-bacterial protection, staying cleaner for longer.

Phox Wave is built to be lighter than the Phox V2 glass filter. Its made of BPA & Phthalate free plastic, with a stainless steel handle.

To reduce our carbon footprint, we focused on finding UK companies to supply as many raw materials as possible. The manufacturing, packaging and design of the Wave is all done within a 30 mile radius of our office in Glasgow.

Traditional filters don't fit through the letterbox, that leads to missed deliveries and second attempts which increase the carbon emissions.
