FAQs – New Phox App
The new Phox app will be available as an update in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. If your device doesn’t update apps automatically, simply visit your app store and check for available updates.
The new Phox app uses a separate login system from the Phox website. Your website username and password will not work in the app.
If you're using the app for the first time, tap “Forgot password?” on the login screen to set up your app password.
Occasionally, the password reset email may be filtered into your spam or junk folder.
Please check there first. If you still don’t see it, try resending the request after a few minutes.

If you don't have a smart phone and prefer an alternative reminder, we have set up email reminders for you instead. All you need to do is click the button below, enter your email address and the date you replaced your water filter, the rest is up to us!
