Unless otherwise stated, you have 30 days from delivery to return an item from the date you received it. 

We're more than happy to exchange products in the case of damage in transit, just get in touch with us via email at

Refunds (if applicable)

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

If you are approved, then your refund of the product charges will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
