If any of your Phox products don't meet the high standards we set ourselves, please do get in touch, we would love to help.
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item from the date you received it.
We're more than happy to exchange products in the case of damage in transit, just get in touch with us via email at service@phoxwater.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your return, we will send you an email to notify you and update you on the status of the return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
