How do I wash my Phox jug?

We recommend cleaning the jug regularly with warm, soapy water and a soft non-abrasive sponge - tap water sits in the reservoir and we all know that can get smelly over time. We advise cleaning at 1-2 times per week.

Never let soap get into the filter, always unscrew it and place it to the side when washing the jug.
