My Filter is blocked - How do I fix this?

If the flow from your cartridge has slowed down or you have some water stuck in the reservoir when filtering, this can be easily rectified by the following steps

1. Remove the cartridge from the reservoir.

2. Run the grid on the bottom of the cartridge under a running tap, to dislodge any particles blocking the exit holes.

3. Twist the cartridge back into the reservoir.

4. Perform a couple of run throughs to check the water is flowing properly.
